I had a great experience with CharVid Janitorial Services. I had a rental unit (medical office building) that we were painting and getting ready to lease. The floor was also damaged from having a roofing issue, as well as the paint splatter. They deep cleaned, stripped, and waxed the floors really making it shine. There was even a baseboard that had paint on it that I was planning to cut out and replace, but to my surprise they even got the paint splatter off of that. The entire energy of the place changed with how it turned out! Out of all the companies I contacted for this project, they were the quickest to respond, come see the space, and email me the estimate. With it being a locally owned business, I was dealing directly with the owner, and they didn't had ridiculous pricing to cover tons of overhead like the big franchise companies. During the entire project which took a few days due to the space being large, I was updated regularly with the timeline and progress. I highly recommend them, and I will be using them again in the future.
